Waterworks Form WWO1143

This form is to be completed by the Authorized Person in accordance with Regulation 3(1) of the Building (Demolition Works) Regulations, Cap 123C and submitted to the Water Authority within the following timeframe:

1. For removal of water meter: 14 working days advance notice.
2. For disconnection of exposed pipe: 14 working days advance notice.
3. For disconnection of underground pipe: 3 months advance notice.
4. For change of removal/disconnection date: 14 working days advance notice
