Application for Conducting Activities in Waterworks Areas/Buildings

Schools or interested parties who wish to visit Waterworks Areas and Facilities /Location Filming/Photo Shooting/Access to Waterworks Area for Conducting Activities may submit their applications to the Water Supplies Department (WSD) via the following means:-

  1. Application can be made in writing to WSD/GR direct either by post, fax or email:-

    1. By post: Room 4705, 47/F., Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
    2. By fax: 2824 0578

    In submitting the written application, please ensure that the following visit details are included:-

    1. Applicant's name/organisation
    2. Contact telephone number
    3. Date and venue of the visit
    4. Nature of the visit
    5. Number of vehicles that will enter into the waterworks areas or facilities
    6. Number of visitors
  2. Telephone booking is acceptable. Applicants can call our General Registry/Headquarters at 2829 5689 or 2829 4759 and provide the visit details as above. The applicant will be informed whether the venue is available on the request date or not on the phone. If the venue is available, the applicant needs to submit a written application to WSD within 7 working days after the verbal booking. Failing to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the telephone booking and the application will not be further processed.
