To provide quality water and excellent customer services has always been our vision and commitment to the community. With the aim to enhance communication with the public, the WSD holds an annual seminar to exchange views and ideas with them on water quality and water supply services. This year, the seminar was held on 13 September 2012 at the Auditorium, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Building. The following three topics were shared: "Collaboration on Combating Unauthorised Water Uses", "Quality Water Recognition Scheme for Buildings" and "Twin Tank － A Wise Design for Uninterrupted Water Supply during Tank Cleansing".
Upon the completion of presentations, a Question & Answer session was arranged to listen to the comments and enquiries from the attendees.
