Invited by the Water Supplies Department (WSD), the District Officer (Kwai Tsing) cum Chairman of Kwai Tsing District Council, Mr Huggin TANG, JP led a part of the Kwai Tsing District Council (K&TDC) members and representatives from the Home Affairs Department to visit Q-Leak, the underground water mains leak detection training centre, in Tsing Yi on 7 November 2024 to gain more understanding of how Q-Leak simulated the water leakage of underground pipes of complicated water mains network in Hong Kong and the leak detection technologies of WSD. They also discussed about the water supplies services in Kwai Tsing District with the Director of Water Supplies and WSD staff.
