次氯酸鈉溶液投放系統 我們目前營運22 個海傍海水抽水站,為香港近85%的人口每 日平均供應76 萬立方米的沖廁用海水。我們一般使用電解氯 化設備將海水電解以製造次氯酸鈉溶液,為海水進行消毒。為 了節省更多能源,我們計劃在海傍海水抽水站安裝更節能的次 氯酸鈉溶液投放系統。 到目前為此,將軍澳海水抽水站和小西灣海水抽水站的次氯酸 鈉溶液投放系統已投入使用。我們將於二零二二年中為九龍南 二號海水抽水站和荃灣海水抽水站安裝次氯酸鈉溶液投放系統 招標,而沙田海傍海水抽水站和西灣河海水抽水站的次氯酸鈉 溶液投放系統的詳細設計工作正在進行中。以上四個工程項目 預計將於二零二四年至二零二五年間分階段完成。 Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing Systems Currently, we operate 22 seafront salt water pumping stations, which supply an average of 760 000 m3 of salt water per day for toilet flushing to nearly 85% of Hong Kong's population. Electrochlorination plants have conventionally been used to produce sodium hypochlorite solution through the electrolysis of salt water to disinfect salt water. In order to achieve energy saving, we have planned to install more energyefficient sodium hypochlorite dosing systems (SHDS) in the seafront salt water pumping stations. So far, SHDS have been put into operation at Tseung Kwan O Salt Water Pumping Station (SWPS) and Siu Sai Wan SWPS. The tenders for the provision of SHDS at Kowloon South No.2 SWPS and Tsuen Wan SWPS will be invited in mid-2022 whilst the detailed design of SHDS at Sha Tin Seafront SWPS and Sai Wan Ho SWPS is underway. With the implementation of energysaving measures, such as the replacement of air-cooled chiller plant with higher energy-efficient watercooled chiller plant in some of our office buildings, the overall greenhouse gas emission was reduced.
