We hold meetings on a regular basis to discuss matters of concern relating to occupational health and safety, and organise awareness campaigns to promote a healthy and joyful workplace. For example, we have signed the Charter of Joyful@Healthy Workplace and developed communications to promote “Healthy Eating", "Physical Activity" as well as "Mental Health" such as health messages to our staff. We take pride in our consistently low accident rate in our waterworks projects compared to the Government Limit prescribed for Public Works Programme contracts.
