智慧和安全建築 海水化淡廠工程項目應用了多項智慧建築技術和措施,大大提升了工程 管理的流暢度及效率,令工程項目在經歷了二零一九冠狀病毒病疫情的 嚴峻情況下仍能在四年內如期落成。這些措施同時提升了項目推展的效 率和團隊協作,並有效改善工地安全。這些措施包括: • 建築信息模擬 • 製造及裝配式設計 • 組裝合成建築法 • 機電裝備合成法 • 數碼工程監督系統 • 設置4S安全智慧工地系統,包括一站式管理平台、配備人工智能閉 路電視的工地安全監察系統、為工人及前線人員配戴智能手錶,以及 為流動機械安裝智能警報系統,全面提升工地安全的管理。 Smart and Safe Construction A diverse range of smart construction technologies and initiatives have enabled smooth and timely construction management and project delivery in the fast-tracked four-year programme amidst the challenges brought by the COVID-19 epidemic while enhancing project efficiency and team collaboration, as well as improving site safety.
